This elegant sculpture, named Davonte, was crafted by an American artist. Standing at one meter tall, the entire piece is composed of bronze with a patina surface treatment. Among common bronze sculptures, silicon bronze and tin bronze are prevalent types. High-quality bronze sculptures typically contain approximately 96% copper.

How to achieve this kind of bronze art sculpture?

Crafted with traditional lost-wax casting, this bronze art sculpture goes through complete lost-wax casting production procedures.

We start with a 3D model, which is inspected and optimized before being prototyped via 3D printing. After verifying that the sculpture's shape, surface texture, and smoothness meet requirements, technicians proceed with silicone negative mold duplication and subsequent positive wax mold reproduction. Once wax mold shaping and fine detail revisions are finished, the pieces go through slurry dipping and shell making prior to bronze pouring.

Post-casting processes include component assembly, welding, weld grinding, and overall surface polishing, followed by final customized surface finishing treatment.
