Sculpture Introduction:
There was the Silk Road in ancient times and the Belt and Road Initiative(B&R) today. Although this stainless steel gate sculpture does not have the great history of reciting from the ancients to the present, and the great journey of pioneering the world, nor the grandeur of the times to carry forward the past, they are ribbon-like ties and bridges visible.
The stainless steel gate sculpture "Gate of Langfang Airport Economic Zone" is located in Guangyang District, Langfang City, Hebei Province. As a new landmark of Langfang, the sculpture "Langfang Airport Airport Economic Zone" embodies the strategic significance of the integrated and coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. After a year of engineering, design, construction, and completion.
It is also a stainless steel lighting sculpture designed by Chinese artist, Jing Yumin, with a diameter of 85 meters, a height of 21 meters, and a total area of 5,000 square meters. The surface is made of 304 stainless steel plate with 2.5-4mm thickness, the internal structure is made of Q235 carbon steel, and the surface treatment is sprayed with fluorocarbon paint, with blue and white color matching on the surface. From the distant view looks like a flowing ribbon dancing between the earth.
Such a Painted stainless steel gate sculpture is different from the traditional "gate" conceptual design(e.g. Could Gate in Chicago), which accommodates the three entrances and exits of the two roads, and combines the land art and sculpture art.
