FRP mold generally more and more used for supporting the casting of Bronze sculpture. Then how to make a FRP mold, the most traditional one is duplicate from clay mold,
First, sculpting a 1:1 clay mold;
Second, covering the clay mold by plaster and get pieces negative plaster mold;
Thirdly, Brushing a layer of FRP on the negative side of the plaster mold and dry;
Next, assembling the brushed plaster mold again and do seamless treatment;
At last, knocking off the outer plaster and get a duplicate FRP.
