Artist Ghada Amer's solo exhibition Paravent Girls is in full swing in New York, USA, and will be on view from October 26th to November 9th at Tina Kim Gallery. Ghada Amer is considered a pioneer of the post-colonial generation of feminist artists, and this is also the New York debut of her monumental sculpture, the "Paravente Girl". Her sculptural journey began with ceramics and then was presented in metal materials such as bronze or stainless steel. So the exhibition of these new works also marks a veritable breakthrough in her artistic trajectory.
