Skilled artisans at our sculpture foundry complete precision welding on segmented cast bronze artworks this week. Large bronze monuments are split into multiple cast parts for feasible lost-wax casting, then joined via controlled TIG welding.
Workers strictly regulate heat to avoid alloy cracks and oxidation. After welding, seams are ground, chased and polished to erase joint traces, restoring smooth sculptural contours.
