NO. F28 Stainless steel discovery slides at Changi Airport in Singapore

   Introduction: 

At the Changi Airport in Singapore, a five-story gemstone is inlaid with a game sculpture full of attractive slides. First, the entire design looks like a dual-curved facade that is mirror-polished and encases three cones that house the large-channel platform. The slide is a dazzling gem in the park's green forest valley, attracting people from afar. The mirrored reflection of the surface reflects the dynamics and beauty of the surroundings. The rubber pattern on the floor is designed to form a spiral abstract reflection view on the playground enclosure.

The Discovery Slides playground spans over 21 meters by 15 meters in length and stands at 7.0 meters high at the highest point of the platform made by 316L stainless steel material, its thickness is even reach 6mm which increased the fabrication difficulty much more. The whole piece is completed by hand forging, it is indeed a very complex and unique functional sculpture. From concept design to realization, took more than two year complete.
