Lacquer stainless steel sculpture is different from mirror and matte sculpture with single metal primary color, its color can be diversified according to the content and expression of the performance. Lacquer stainless steel sculpture Dancing 2008 is designed by Chinese artist, and installed at National Tennis Center, Beijing. Its appearance combined by twist metal ribs, looks like countless ribbons are dancing,very image. The whole stainless steel sculpture takes 45 days to design, fabrication, and 15 days on-site installation and with surface painting. Its total height is 5 meters(16.4ft) made of 304 stainless steel with lacquer coated surface. Dancing 2008 fabricated in 2008 the year that The Olympics were held in China, so it is also a very symbolic and commemorative lacquer stainless steel sculpture.
