All the time, sacred Buddha statues is carved and refined by specialized artisans, and then duplicated into metal sculptures by traditional lost wax or sand casting, which is also heavyweight. The one what we would like to introduce you is a giant golden copper Buddha statue made by pure hand forging. Compared to traditional large Buddha statue which surface panel plate thickness is much even and flatness, less affected by thermal expansion and contraction, more accurate for field installations. Such a proud project is in full swing in Thailand. It stand height is 71 meters fabricated by pure copper plate which copper content is around 99%, its interior is constructed by carbon steel Q345B painted with fire-proof lacquer. The fabrication of the entire project took nearly two years from design, 3D modelling, clay model sculpt, optimization, 1:1 CNC milling, structure and metal panel forging.

This giant golden bronze Buddha statue is doing the final installation work in Bangkok, Thailand , the expected completion time is at the second half year of 2019. It is also about to become the largest sitting Buddha in Thailand so far.
