The Brooklyn Tower, located at 9 DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, will soon be topped off. It was developed and built by JDS Development Group and designed by SHoP Architects to become the borough's iconic new landmark and a transformative addition to the New York City skyline.
This is also the first super high-rise skyscraper in the district-reaching a ceiling of 1,066 feet and a height of 93 floors. It is the meeting of tradition and modernity that brings the landmark Brooklyn Dime Savings Bank to life in this imaginative new building. We have to say that the "Brooklyn Tower" is a representative, large-scale, and adaptive reuse project.
